RE: NOTE VERBALE NO. 200/362 DATED MAY 15, 2006 OF THE OFFICE OF MIDDLE EASTERN AND AFRICAN AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS

The Embas y of the Islamic Republic of Iran requests an update on the following:

Total number of Iranian nationals, with their complete names, in custody at different detention centers all over the country;

Cases lodged against the detained Iranian nationals;

Number of Iranian nationals convicted by the Philippine Court;

Detained Iranian nationals released from different detention centers all over the country.

Data on the above information must be.submitted to the Office of the Court Administrator within five (5) days from receipt hereof.
