TO : ALL THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT JUDGES OF MANILA

SUBJECT : DIALOGUE/SEMINAR ON AUGUST 31, 2012 AT TRAINING ROOMS 1, 2, AND 3, CENTENNIAL BUILDING, SUPREME COURT, MANILA

The Honorable Justice Roberto A. Abad, Chairperson of the Committee for the Decongestion of Provincial, City, and Municipal Jails, together with the members of Task Force: Kalayaan at Katarungan, wlli hold a dialogue/seminar on August 31, 2012, 2:00 prn at Training Rooms 1, 2, and 3, Centennial Building, Supreme Court, Manila, to discuss with ail the Regional Trial Court Judges of Manila the problems and issues of the detainees in the Manila City Jail as well as the reforms that are taking place. All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the dialogue/seminar on OFFICIAL TIME provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Atty. Rigor R, Pascual, the Committee Secretary, shall submit a report (including the complete list of all the Judges who attended the dialogue/seminar) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the dialogue/seminar.
