ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURTS OF THE LOWER COURTS IN EASTERN SAMAR, CATBALOGAN AND TACLOBAN CITY

SUBJECT: DIALOGUE ON MARCH 3, 2000 AT THE JUSTICE HALL, BORONGAN, EASTERN SAMAR

The integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) - Eastern Samar Chapter will be holding a dialogue with the judges and prosecutors on March 3, 2000, from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the Justice Hall, Borongan, Eastern Samar.

Judges and clerks of courts who are interested to participate are hereby authorized to attend the dialogue on OFFICIAL TIME but judges should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the dialogue.
