SUBJECT: COMMUNICATION PLANNING WORKSHOPS TO BE HELD ON FEBRUARY 4-5, 2000 AND FEBRUARY 8-9, 2000 AT THE CITIES OF LAOAG, TACLOBAN AND ILIGAN

The Asian Institute of Journalism and Communication (ADC), a consultant of the Supreme Court for the PHRD Grant for Judicial Reform will conduct a series of Communication Planning Workshops for judges and clerks of courts in the following cities:

February 4-5, 2000 - Laoag City

February 8-9, 2000 - Tacloban City and Iligan City

The following judges and clerks of courts are hereby authorized to attend the workshop on OFFICIAL TIME. Judges should see to it that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.
