SUBJECT:

6 th NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON APRIL 16 - 18, 2008 AT BACOLOD CITY

The Judiciary Association of Clerks of the Philippines. (JACOPHIL) will hold its 6 th National Convention and Seminar on April 16-18, 2008 at Bacolod City

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention/seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Nigel V. Jalea, National President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the convention/seminar.
