TO : THE JUSTICES OF THE COURT OF APPEALS AND THE SANDIGANBAYAN

RE : ATTENDANCE IN THE DISCUSSION SESSIONS FOR THE JUSTICES OF THE COURT OF APPEALS AND THE SANDIGANBAYAN

To provide the members of the Court of Appeals and the Sandiganbayan an opportunity to apprise themselves of and to discuss recent developments in law particularly relevant to the discharge of their judicial functions, the Court, through the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), will conduct Discussion Sessions on August 1 and 8, 2002, at the Court of Appeals Session Hall, Maria Orosa St., Manila, from 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., on each date.

All Justices of the Court of Appeals and the Sandiganbayan are hereby authorized to attend the Discussion Sessions on OFFICIAL TIME.

All communications relating to the Discussion Sessions shall be addressed to Hon. Ameurfina M. Herrera, PHILJA Chancellor, Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), 3rd Floor, Supreme Court Centennial Building, Supreme Court Padre Faura, Manila, or E-mail philja@supremecourt.gov.ph.
