TO: THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (CLERAP)
SUBJECT : 12th BIENNIAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON 4 TO 6 APRIL 2018 AT THE L' FISHER HOTEL, BACOLOD CITY
The Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP) will hold its 12 th Biennial Convention and Seminar on 4 to 6 April 2018 at the L' Fisher Hotel, Bacolod City.
All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention and seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and measures taken to ensure no disruption of the court calendar.
The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.
Ms. Maritoni M. Nieva, CLERAP National President, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the activities with the complete list of the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
