AMENDMENT OF CIRCULAR 36-2002 (SUPREME COURT MOTORCYCLE ACQUISITION PROGRAM FOR PROCESS SERVERS)

Pursuant to the Resolution of the Court En Banc dated 07 May 2002 in A. M. No. 99-8-12-SC, the period for the repayment of the interest free P50,000.00 motorcycle loan for Process Serves has been extended from three (3) years to five (5) years. Accordingly, repayment of the loan shall be made of sixty (60) equal monthly installments.
