TO: All Pensioners Judges

SUBJECT: Automatic of the Payroll System for Retired Judges

A memorandum of agreement has been signed between the Supreme Court and the Land Bank of the Philippines for the Automated Payroll System (APS) of Judges and Clerks of Court in the National Capital Region including the monthly pension/annuity of retired Judges.

Pensioner Judges are therefore advised to open and activate their APS account with the nearest Land Bank branch in their area and submit the account number and the location of the branch to the Office of Administrative Services, Office of the Court Administrator, Supreme Court, Manila.

All ATM Savings Accounts shall be subject to the initial opening and maintaining balance of P 100.00 and minimum balance requirement of P500.00 to earn interest.

Payroll credit date for the pension shall be every 7 th of the month provided that the funds have already been released by the Department-of Budget and Management.

Prompt compliance will facilitate the automation process of payroll checks for all Pensioner Judges.
