For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Second Division dated 12 October 2011, in Administrative Case No-. 9081, entitled "Rodolfo A. Espinosa and Maximo A. Glindo vs. Atty. Julieta A. Omana," to wit:

" WHEREFORE , we SUSPEND Atty. Julieta A. Omana from the practice of law for ONE YEAR. We REVOKE Atty. Omana's notarial commission, if still existing, and SUSPEND her as a notary public for TWO YEARS."

In a Resolution, dated 7 December 2011, the Court DENIED with FINALITY the respondent's motion for reconsideration for lack of merit.
