TO: ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT INTERPRETERS, INC. (PHILACI)

SUBJECT: 5 TH NATIONAL CONVENTION AND GENERAL ASSEMBLY

In connection with the 5 lh National Convention and Seminar of the Philippine Association of Court interpreters, Inc. (PhiLACI) to be held from May 6 to 9, 2008 at the Bohot Tropics Hotel in Tagbilaran City, Bohol, the officers and members thereof are hereby authorized to attend the said convention and seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/ OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar. Ms. Cristina Carmela I. Japzon, National President of the Association

shall submit to this Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the convention and seminar.

This amends OCA Circular No. 129-2007 dated December 20, 2007.
