TO : THE OFFICERS AND THE MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE WOMEN JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PWJA)

SUBJECT : 18 TH PWJA ANNUAL CONVENTION SEMINAR ON MARCH 6 TO 8, 2013 AT THE ORIENTAL HOTEL, PALO, LEYTE

The Philippine Women Judges Association (PWJA) will hold its 18 th Annual Convention Seminar on March 6 to 8, 2013 at The Oriental Hotel, Palo, Leyte, with the theme "Kababaihan para sa Katarungan at Kalikasan".

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the annual convention seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS. Expenses to be incurred by lower court judges shall be chargeable to local funds if authorized and available. Further, lower court judges shall see to it that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Tita Marilyn Payoyo-Villordon, Secretary of the Association, shall submit a report and a complete list of all officers and members who attended the event to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
