SUBJECT:

16TH NATIONAL CONVENTION, SEMINAR AND WORKSHOP ON APRIL 5 to 7, 2011 IN LEGASPI CITY, ALBAY

The officers and members of the Sheriff's Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) will hold its 16th National Convention, Seminar and Workshop on April 5 to 7, 2011 In-Legaspi City, Albay.

In connection therewith, the following officers are hereby authorized to be in Legaspi City from October 7 to 8, 2010 to finalize policies, guidelines and to discuss other matters in preparation for the forthcoming convention:

The attendance of the above-named personnel shall be on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Franklin C. Aguinaldo, National President of the Association shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the activities.
