ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES

SUBJECT:

COMMITTEE MEETING ON DECEMBER 4-5 2003 AT THE QUEZON CITY HALL OF JUSTICE

The Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLEARAP), will hold a 2-day committee meeting on December 4-5, 2003 at the Quezon City, Hall of Justice, to finalize the information dissemination campaign in preparation for its 2004 National Convention

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available subject to prior written, permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said assembly.
