DIRECTING SHARI'A JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND OTHER SHARI'A COURT PERSONNEL, ARMM JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND OTHER ARMM COURT PERSONNEL, TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SEMINAR ON STRENGTHENING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CODE OF MUSLIM PERSONAL LAWS OF THE PHILIPPINES

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and The Asia Foundation (TAF), will conduct the third series of the Seminar on Strengthening the Implementation of the Code of Muslim Personal Laws of the Philippines from March 26 - 29, 2007 at the Dynasty Court Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City.

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. Travel expenses to and from the seminar site will be reimbursable after submission of the required documents.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars would be properly managed for the duration of their participation in the seminar and the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
