REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3316 - AN ACT FURTHER AMENDING REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED NINETEEN HUNDRED, ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS," AS AMENDED.

AN ACT FURTHER AMENDING REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED NINETEEN HUNDRED, ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS," AS AMENDED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item (f-1), page 352, Group II, for the Province of Negros Oriental, Section two, entitled "Short Term Projects," of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred, as amended by Republic Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred fifty-eight, is hereby further amended to read as follows:

"(f-1)Larena-Basac-Maria Road Repair and/or improvement P10,000.00."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
