AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATORY FRAMEWORK FOR THE REMOTE
PLAY SLOT MACHINES - ADDITIONAL SITE/TRANSFER OF SITE
Please be informed that on August 17, 2023, the PAGCOR Board of Directors approved the Amendment to the Regulatory Framework for the Remote Play Slot Machines - Additional Sitel Transfer of Site Fee, effective immediately.
Machines accordingly: The addendum shall be reflected in the Regulatory Framework for Remote Play Slot

C. Additional Site/ Transfer of Site Fee
Application for additional site or transfer of operating site to a building other than that of the existing operating site shall be $20,000.00 inclusive of inspection fee and printing of one certificate.
