DECLARING MONDAY, 21 OCTOBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIGCAWAYAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 21 October 2019, Monday, the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of Cotabato, will mark its 66 th Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pigcawayan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 21 October 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of Cotabato.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
