FROM THE OFFICER-IN-CHARGE

MIGRATION TO NEW ONEDRIVE REPOSITORY FOR GAME. SUBJECT CURRENTLY IMPLEMENTED GAMES RELATED APPLICATIONS AND GAME DEPLOYMENT OF

This refers to the impiementation of a new procedure for the submission and processing of game-related requests for approval.

In line with the Department's efforts to streamline document handling/verification ensure proper access control, and improve monitoring of submissions, please be informed of the following guidelines:

1. Closure of Existing OneDrive Repository

The existing OneDrive repository currently used for the submission of game- related documents shall only be accessible until February 16, 2026.

2. Creation of a New OneDrive Repository

A new OneDrive repository shall be created and shall be used exclusively for the following:

a) New applications or requests for approval, specifically for submissions

under EG Form No. 9 (New System, Game and/or Machine Request and

b) Proposed Game List and Parameter Settings for the existing EGLD- Approval Form)

approved games to be deployed in GSA's Electronic Gaming System (EGS) and Online Gaming Platform (OGP) c) Other documentary requirements for the above items a and b.

Notes:

Under the New Applications or Requests for Approval Folder and Deployment of Approved Games, the file name for the creation of folder per Game Content Provider (GCP) should be in accordance with the prescribed format: DATE APPLIED GCP_(NUMBER OF GAMES)

Example: MM-DD-YY_JILI_(10 GAMES)

Games submitted for new applications or requests for approval should not be listed in the list of EGLD-approved games. Games submitted for new applications or requests for approval and games for deployment shali be uploaded to the respective folders. Re-uploading of previously submitted applications or reguests for approval is not allowed. The proposed games parameters must conform to the prescribed format:

The submission of proposed game parameters must conform to the prescribed format set forth in Annex A and B. Any column that is not applicable should be left blank.

4.Access Control

Access to the new OneDrive repository shall be limited to authorized personnel of the requesting PAGCOR-accredited entity only. The GSA/GCP shall submit its updated EG 1310 (Authorized Signatory with Specimen Signature and Contact information) via [email protected], for any request for access.

5. Authorized Email Correspondence

All official email communications and submissions of game-related requests for approval must be signed and sent only by the duly authorized representatives. strictly in compliance with the requirements of the EG 1310 (Authorized Signatory with Specimen Signature and Contact Information) submitted to PAGCOR.
