TO: ALL NATIONAL OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE)

SUBJECT: MEETING ON JUNE 17, 2005 AT 10:00 O'CLOCK A.M. AT THE SUPREME COURT

The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) w ill h ave a meeting on June 17, 2005 at 10:00 o'clock in the morning at the Supreme Court.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Virginia Coloma-Rafael, Secretary General, PACE shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
