SUBJECT :

MEETING WITH VARIOUS COMMITTEE IN

PREPARATION WITH THE FORTHCOMING 16th NATIONAL CONVENTION, SEMINAR, WORKSHOP AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS OF THE SHERIFF'S CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (SCOPHIL)

In connection with the forthcoming 16th National Convention, Seminar, Workshop and Election of Officers on April 5 to 7, 2011 at the Ibalong Center and Recreation, Legaspi Central Terminal, Legaspi City of the Sheriff's Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHiL), the following officers are hereby authorized to be in Legaspi City on February 11, 2011 to meet the various committees of local chapter in preparation and orientation of said convention; and on March 18, 2011 to finalize policies, guidelines for election in order to ensure orderliness in connection with the said convention, to wit:

The attendance of the above-named personnel shall be on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Cecilia S. Banez, Secretary General of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report regarding the meetings within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said activities.
