TO: THE NATIONAL OFFICERS, REGIONAL OFFICERS AND THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION OFFICERS OF THE JUDICIAL COURT CLERKS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (JCCAP), INC.

SUBJECT : SPECIAL MEETING 2018 IN CEBU CITY ON 19-20 FEBRUARY

The National Officers, Regional Officers and the National Capital Judicial Region Officers of the Judicial Court Clerks Association of the Philippines (JCCAP), Inc. will hold a special meeting on 19 and 20 February 2018 in Cebu City, in preparation for the 11 th National Convention/Seminar of JCCAP, Inc. on 21-23 February 2018.

In connection therewith, the following National Officers, Regional Officers and the National Capital Judicial Region Officers of JCCAP, Inc. are hereby authorized to attend the special meeting on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive/Presiding Judge and no disruption of the court calendar.
