TO : THE CONCERNED JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN QUEZON CITY AND THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES QUEZON CITY CHAPTER OFFICERS

SUBJECT : ANNUAL SPORTSFEST ON 25 TO 27 MARCH 2015 AT THE QUEZON CITY HALL OF JUSTICE

The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) Quezon City Chapter will hold the Annual Sportsfest entitled "Palakasan Katuwaan 2015" on 25 to 27 March 2015 at the Quezon City Hall of Justice.

The players (judges and court personnel) in the sportsfest and the PACE Quezon City Chapter officers are hereby authorized to attend the activities on 25 to 27 March 2015, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that the court calendars are properly managed, the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings, and a skeletal force remains in all courts/offices to attend to official business or transactions.

Mr. Bambito A. Sabiniano, PACE Quezon City Chapter President, shall submit a report on the conduct of the sportsfest with the complete list of all the judges and court personnel who participated in the activities to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
