AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES OF SELECTED FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR AND DAVAO ORIENTAL AT THE MULTI-SECTORAL SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON AGRARIAN JUSTICE

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with the Agrarian Justice Foundation, Inc. (AJFI), the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), and the Department of Justice (DOJ), will conduct the Multi-Sectoral Seminar-Workshop on Agrarian Justice for judges of selected courts of the First and Second Levels in the Provinces of Davao del Sur and Davao Oriental from October 17 to 19, 2006, at the Waterfront Insular Hotel, Davao City.

The following judges are required to attend and participate in the seminar-workshop:

The attendance of the participants in this seminar-workshop shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. All properly documented travel expenses shall be reimbursed.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars would be properly managed and the parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearings.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
