SUBJECT:

GENERAL LAW PRACTICE INSTITUTE IN COOPERATION WITH THE INSTITUTE OF JUDICIAL ADMINISTRATION, UP LAW CENTER ON MAY 22-23-2003, AT BETHEL GUEST HOUSE, DUMAGUETE CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Negros Oriental Chapter, in coordination with the Institute of Judicial Administration, UP Law Center, will conduct a General Law Practice Institute on May 22-23, 2003, at the Bethel Guest House, Dumaguete City.

All judges and clerks of court who are interested in participating are hereby authorized to attend the institute on OFFICIAL TIME. However, they should see to it that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any canceled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
