AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SUPREME COURT SUB-COMMITTEE ON COMMERCIAL COURTS, COURT OF APPEALS JUSTICES CEBU CITY STATION AND SPECIAL COMMERCIAL COURT JUDGES OF REGIONS 6, 7, AND 8, AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS AT THE SEMINAR ON THE RULES OF PROCEDURE ON FINANCIAL REHABILITATION

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), the Supreme Court Sub-Committee on Commercial Courts, in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the American Bar Association-Rule of Law Initiative (ABA-ROLI) will conduct a Seminar on the Rules of Procedure on Financial Rehabilitation for Court of Appeals Justices Cebu City Station, Special Commercial Court Judges of Regions 6, 7, and 8, and other Stakeholders on February 19,2014, Wednesday, at Radisson Blu, Cebu.
