TO: CONCERNED COURT SOCIAL WORKERS

SUBJECT: THREE DAY SEMINAR ON ANGER AND STRESS MANAGEMENT ON SEPTEMBER 16-18, 2009

The Philippines Association of Social Workers, Inc. (PASWI) Pangasinan Chapter will conduct a three (3) clay seminar on "Anger and Stress Management" at the Consuelo's Hotel, Lingayen, Pangasinan on September 16 to 18, 2009 .

in connection therewith the following are authorized to attend the seminar on OFFICIAL TIME, to wit;

provided that there is written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

The above named personnel shall submit to the Court Management Office a report in their participation within five (5) days from completion of the seminar which shall be accompanied by a certification of successful completion or certificate of attendance by the Philippines Association of Court Social Worker, Inc. (PASWI) Pangasinan Chapter, the sponsoring organization.
