SUBJECT : ONE-DAY MEETING ON ADOPTION PROCEDURES ON 19 AUGUST 2016 AT THE PHILIPPINE GATEWAY HOTEL, SURIGAO CITY

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) CARAGA Field Office will conduct a one-day meeting on adoption procedures on 19 August 2016, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Philippine Gateway Hotel, Surigao City.

In connection therewith, the following trial court judges and court personnel are hereby authorized to attend the meeting, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed.and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings:
