SUBJECTS:

PLANNING CONFERENCE ON AUGUST 28, 2003 AT MANILA REGIONAL TRIAL COURT LIBRARY

The Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLEARAP), in preparation for its 2004 National Convention, will hold its planning conference on August 28, 2003 at. the Manila Regional Trial Court Library.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL "BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court, calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said assembly.
