AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTSOF REGION II IN THE REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (LEVEL 4) UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDICIAL ACADEMY

To achieve a a more effective delivery of public service and to the promote the career growth of officials and personnel of the Judiciary, all Judges, Clerks of Court, and Branch Clerks of Court, of first and Second level trial courts of Region II are enjoined to attend and participate in the Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 4) under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held on 2 to 4 February 2005 at the Ivory Lodge Hotel, Tuguegarao City.

Judges Sessions will be for February 2 to 4, while Sessions for Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court will only be on February 2, 2005.

The participating Judges are hereby directed to organize a skeletal force in their respective courts during the Regional Seminar.

Attendance in this Seminar is MANDATORY and shall be on OFFICIAL TIME. Travel expenses for those entitled to and from station to seminar site will reimburseable at a later date after submission of properly documented receipts.
