SUBJECT INCLUSION OF GELHOLDERS'LIST IN THE NDRP

Pursuant to Responsible Gaming Code of Practice Version 5.0, Part III, Paragraph 3, it is provided that all employees of licensees holding Gaming Employment License (GEL) are prohibited from playing in any gaming establishments in the Philippines.

To carry out said mandate, the names and relevant information of GEL Holders are integrated into the National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP). As you all know, NDRP is a computerized database of persons who are restricted from playing in gaming establishments which are operated and regulated by PAGCOR nationwide. It is accessible online to authorized representatives of PAGCOR and licensees.

in this regard, we are pleased to inform all concerned gaming operators that the GEL Holders' list can be viewed from the NDRP effective September 10, 2018.
