SUBJECT : AMENDMENTS TO THE GAMING SITE REGULATORY MANUALS For eLECtRoNIC, BINGO ANd PoKER GAMES

held on September 12, 2017 the amendments to the regulatory manuals for the following: Please be advised that the PAGCOR Board of Directors approved in its meeting 3. Proposed marketing activities and/or promotions to be approved by GLDD 1. Co-located gaming sites inside a mall, arcade or commercial building; 2 4 Transfer of online gaming and poker monitoring functions from GLDD to Exemption on senior citizens to wear shorts that are below the knee; prior to implementation;

5. Mixed-use commercial and residential building as proposed gaming site location CMED

The aforementioned amendments shall be applicable, as specified, to the following regulatory manuals: 1. Gaming Site Regulatory Manual version 3.0 (Electronic Games); 2. 3 Gaming Site Regulatory Manual version 2.0 (Poker Games). Gaming Site Regulatory Manual version 3.0 (Bingo Games); and
