TO: ALL CONCERNED JUDGES OF THE FIRST AND SECONG LEVEL COURTS

SUBJECT: GUN SAFETY TRAINING AND SEMINAR ON OCTOBER 8-9, 2009

Smith & Wesson Corporation gun safety and security training- seminar to be conducted by Mr. Scott Fraser, Regional Manager, International Sales, South Asia and Middle East has been moved from October 5-6, 2009 to October 8-9, 2009 at the Sports Valley Firing Range, Langhaya, Antipolo City.

All judges, who purchased a Smith & Wesson firearm under the Supreme Court Motorcycle, Computer and Handgun Acquisition Program (SC-MCHAP), are hereby authorized to attend the said training-seminar on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearing. This Circular amends OCA Circular No. 130-2009 dated September 24, 2009 .
