TO: THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PROCESS SERVERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (PROSAPHIL)

SUBJECT : GENERAL ASSEMBLY ON 23 FEBRUARY 2018 IN BAGUIO CITY

The Process Servers Association of the Philippines (PROSAPHIL) will hold a General Assembly on 23 February 2018, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the 3 rd Floor, Multipurpose Hall Baguio City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the general assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and measures taken to ensure no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Ismael A. Cuerdo, PROSAPHIL National President shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the activity with the complete list of the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
