SUBJECT:

REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING ON 13 DECEMBER 2011 AT 4:00 O'CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON AT THE DIAMOND HOTEL, CORNER J. QUINTOS JR. ST. AND ROXAS BLVD., MANILA

The Officers and Directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold an Emergency Meeting on 13 December 2011 at 4:00 o'clock in the afternoon at the Diamond Hotel, corner J. Quintos Jr. St. and Roxas Blvd., Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendar are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Lyliha L. Abella-Aquino, President of the Association is hereby directed to submit to the Court Management Office, OCA, a report within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said meeting.
