TO: ALL MEMBERS OF THE PROCESS SERVERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. (PROSAPHIL)

SUBJECT

NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR OF THE PROSAPHIL

The Process Servers Association of the Philippines, Inc. (PROSAPHIL) will hold its National Convention, Election of Officers and Seminar on 18 and 19 November 1999 (Thursday and Friday) at the Dragon Palace, General Santos City. Members of the PROSAPHIL who arc interested are hereby authorized to attend on official time this National Convention, Election of Officers and Seminar.

The PROSAPHIL shall comply with the provisions of PHILJA Memorandum Circular No. 1-99 on "Rules and Requirements pertaining to Inclusion of PHILJA Educational Programs in all Conventions/Conferences of Judges and Court Personnel."

The President of the PROSAPHIL shall submit to the Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from the closing of the National Convention and Seminar (1) a complete report on the activities undertaken during the same; and (2) copies of the registration and daily attendance sheets signed by the members actually present.
