The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Eastern Samar Chapter, is sponsoring a conference-seminar to be held in Guiuan, Eastern Samar, on Friday, October 4, 1991, on the administration of justice for all members, officials and employees of the national and provincial governments in Eastern Samar the functions of which have to do with the administration of justice.

All the judges, lawyers and sheriffs concerned are urgerd to attend this conference-seminar. Attendance thereat is on Official Time.
