The judges of Biliran Province, jointly with .the IBP Chapter thereat, are sponsoring the 1 st Judicial Conference on the Speedy Justice, Key to National Recovery for judges and court personnel of Region 8 at the Kit Gym, Naval, Biliran Province, on .June 17 and 18, 1994.

Ail concerned are hereby authorized to attend the conference on OFFICIAL TIME / OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available,

A report on the attendance of those who attended the-conference should . be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date thereof.
