TO : ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

SUBJECT : SEMINAR ON MANDATORY CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION ON 6 AND 7 NOVEMBER 2001 IN BACOLOD CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Negros Occidental Chapter and the General Law Practice Institute of the U.P. Law Center will conduct a seminar on Mandatory Continuing Legal Education on 6 and 7 November 2001 at the Bacolod Convention Hotel in Bacolod City.

Judges and Clerks of Court are authorized to attend the said seminar on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
