TO : ALL THE EXECUTIVE JUDGES OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION

SUBJECT : SEMINAR ON INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION ON 26 JULY 2001 IN MAKATI CITY

The International Chamber of Commerce Philippines, Inc. (ICCP) and the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) jointly and in cooperation with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch) (CIA) are sponsoring a seminar on international commercial arbitration entitled: "Arbitration 2001: A Creative Dispute Resolution Alternative" to be held on 26 July 2001 from 8:30 am to 5.00 pm at the New World Renaissance Hotel in Makati City.

All Executive Judges of the National Capital Region are hereby authorized to attend the seminar on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of seminar.
