SUBJECT:

ATTENDANCE AT THE 6TH BI-ANNUAL NATIONAL CONVENTION OF THE PHILIPPINES TRIAL JUDGES LEAGUE, INC. ON SEPTEMBER 27 - 29, 1995, AT THE IMUS SPORTS CENTER, IMUS, CAVITE

All officers, directors and members of the Philippine Trial Judges League, Inc. are hereby authorized to attend its 6th Bi-Annual National Convention to be held at the Imus Sports Center, Imus, Cavite, on September 27 - 29, 1995.

The program, schedule of activities, and left of participants shall be submitted to the Office at least ten (10) days before the Convention.

This is on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS , chargeable to local funds if authorized and available.

A report on the attendance of judges should likewise be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days after the close of the convention.
