SUBJECT: SUSPENSION OF ATTY. VICENTE Y. BAYANI FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR THREE (3) MONTHS
Quoted hereunder for the information and guidance of all concerned are pertinent portions of the decision of the Court En Bane, in Administrative Case No. 5307 entitled "In Re: Vicente Y. Bayani" dated August 9, 2000, to wit:

Atty. Bayani's failure to submit proof of service of appellant's brief on the Solicitor General in G. R. No. 115079 and his failure to submit the required comment manifest willful disobedience to the lawful orders of the Supreme Court, a clear violation of the canons of rofcssional ethics.

WHEREFORE, the Court finds Arty. Vicente Y. Bayani remiss in his sworn duty to his client, to the Court and the Bar. He^Ts thus SUSPENDED from the practice of Law for a period of three (3) months and until the time he complies with the Order of the Supreme Court to submit the proof of sen/ice in G.R. 115079. x x x"
