TO : THE OFFICERS AND THE MEMBERS OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MeTCJAP)

SUBJECT : 15 TH NATIONAL CONVENTION ON SEPTEMBER 18 TO 20, 2013 AT ROXAS CITY, CAPIZ

The Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold its 15 th National Convention on September 18 to 20, 2013 at Roxas City, Capiz.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Judge Maria Gilda T. Loja-Pangilinan, Secretary General of the MeTCJAP, shall submit a report on the conduct of the convention (including the list of judges who attended) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
