TO: ALL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE LOWER COURTS

SUBJECT:

eCARD MANDATORY ENROLLMENT

It is the policy of the Government Service and Insurance System (GSIS) that all transactions with the said office shall be entered via their eCard Program.

As disseminated by GSIS President and. General Manager Winston Garcia, ail GSIS members who have not yet seemed their eCards are advised to proceed to the nearest eCard enrollment centers nationwide and apply for the all-purpose cord to avoid the inconvenience of having their salary loan applications denied. GSIS members have until 31 July 2005 to secure eCards because starting 01 August 2005, the proceeds of GSIS salary loans will only be coursed through the eCard and in the very near future, all loans and benefits to be disbursed by the GSIS will be coursed through the eCard.

The GSIS maintains 23 eCard enrollment centers in key cities and towns nationwide, mostly located in GSIS branches and offices. The eCard enrollment centers are.at the GSIS mam office in Pasay City , the GSIS branch in Elliptical Road , Quezon City , Cebu , Davao . lIoilo, Batangas, Cagayan de Oro, Tadoban, Pampanga. Dagupan, Pagadian, Buluan, Bacolod . Dipolog. Laoag, Palawan , BohoL Cauayan, Zamboanga, Baguio , Caibalogaii, Lucena and Tuguegarao.

Henceforth, all eligible GSIS members in the Judiciary are enjoined to enroll in the GSIS eCard Program.

Please be guided accordingly.
