SUBJECT

: COLLOQUIUM ON PROBATION AND PAROLE

Regional Office No. VI of the Parole and Probation Administration, Department of Justice, will hold a Colloquium on Probation and Parole on Friday, October 26, 2001 at the Bacolod Convention Plaza Hotel, Bacolod City, from 10:00 o'clock in the morning to 5:00 o'clock in the afternoon to mark National Correctional Consciousness Week. The Colloquium has as its theme "Ang Pagbabago ng Kalooban ay Tunay na Kalayaan."

Judges who are interested to participate in the Colloquium are hereby authorized to attend the same on official time. However, they should see to it that there is no disruption of the court calendar and that parties are notified in advance of any cancelled/re-scheduled hearing.

Regional Office No. VI of the Parole and Probation Administration should submit to this Office a report on the attendance of the judges in the said activity.
