AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED JUDGES OF DESIGNATED FAMILY COURTS OF THE JURIS MODEL COURT SITES IN THE FAMILY MEDIATION DESIGN WORKSHOP

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in coordination with the National Judicial Institute of Canada (NJI), will conduct a one day Family Mediation Design Workshop for selected Judges of designated Family Courts of the JURIS Model Court Sites, to be held on 11 November 2005 at the AIM Conference Center Manila (ACCM), Benavidez corner Trasierra Streets, Legaspi Village, Makati City.

The following Regional Trial Court Judges are required to attend and participate in the workshop:

3. Hon. Adelaida Ala Medina Brs. 45 & 46, City of San Fernando, Pampanga

5. Hon. Iluminada C. Cortes Br. 59, Baguio City

6. Hon. Amado S. Caguioa Br. 4, Baguio City

7. Hon. Francis A. Buliyat Br. 9, La Trinidad, Benguet

8. Hon. Ray Alan T. Drilon Br. 41, Bacolod City

9. Hon. Evelyn G. Nery Br. 19, Cagayan de Oro City

10. Hon. Jose L. Escobido Br. 37, Cagayan de Oro City

11. Hon. Francisco L. Calingin Br. 22, Cagayan de Oro City

Attendance in this Workshop shall be on OFFICIAL TIME.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars would be properly managed for the duration of their participation in the workshop, and the parties notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.
