SUBJECT : SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR THREE (3) MONTHS OF ATTY. JOSEPH ADOR RAMOS

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Second Division dated 11 September 2013, in Administrative Case No. 9860, entitled "Josephine L. Orala, et al v. Atty. Joseph Ador Ramos," to wit:

WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Joseph Ador Ramos is hereby held GUILTY of representing conflicting interests in violation of Rule 15.03, Canon 15 of the Code of Professional Responsibility. Accordingly, he is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of three (3) months, with WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar acts in the future will be dealt with more severely.

Respondent received the said Resolution on 27 September 2013 as shown in the Registry Return Receipt No. 22332.
