T O :JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT, BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT, LEGAL RESEARCHERS AND SHERIFFS OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF NINTH JUDICIAL REGION

SUBJECT : ATTENDANCE AT THE SIXTH REGIONAL SEMINAR UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDICIAL ACADEMY

Pursuant to the provisions of Article VIII, Section 6, of the 1987 Constitution and Section 3 of Republic Act No. 8557, all Judges, Clerks of Court, Branch Clerks of Court, Legal Researchers and Sheriff's of the First and Second Level Trial Courts of Ninth Judicial Region are designated participants in the Sixth Regional Seminar under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held on March 28 to 30, 2001 (Wednesday to Friday), at the Garden Orchid Hotel, Camins Avenue, Zamboanga City.

Judges are directed to leave a skeleton force in their respective courts during the Regional Seminar.

Attendance in this live-in Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS with all expenses for travel chargeable to the funds provided by Memorandum Order No. 02-2000, dated April 12, 2000.

All communications relating to the Program shall be addressed to Hon. Ameurfina M. Herrera, PHILJA Chancellor, 3rd Floor, Supreme Court (Taft Avenue building), Padre Faura, Manila.
