SUBJECT:

PHILIPPINE WOMEN JUDGES ASSOCIATION ANNUAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON MARCH 4-5, 2005 AT MANILA HOTEL

The Philippine Women Judges Association (PJWA) will hold its Annual Convention and Seminar on March 4, 2005 at the Manila Hotel with an educational tour on March 5, 2005.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days after the said convention.
