RE:

ANNUAL CONVENTION-SEMINAR AT THE BACOLOD CONVENTION PLAZA HOTEL, BACOLOD CITY ON 15 TO 17 AUGUST 2002

The Philippine Judges Association in coordination with the Philippine Judicial Academy will hold its annual convention-seminar at the Bacolod Convention Plaza Hotel Bacolod City on 15 to 17 August 2002.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any canceled hearing.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from the said convention.
